That's where a great attorney comes in and we've got him in Roger Cook.
Roger not only is an attorney but he has his undergradutate degree in Physics and Mathmatics.
He graduated from Law School "43" years ago so I feel confident that Roger knows his way around Jury's and Judges.
Over the past eight years, Mr. Cook successfully defended more than eight major patent infringement lawsuits involving semiconductor device and process technology, involving more than 35 different patents and aggregate royalty damages claims exceeding several billion dollars. Four of these cases were in so-called "rocket docket" jurisdictions where the cases go to trial within about eight months from filing.
He has been a frequent speaker at bar association and educational seminars around the country on various topics relating to patent infringement litigation. Since 2002, Mr. Cook has been the Co-Practice Group Leader in the firm's Litigation Practice Group.
We are in good hands. Sounds like "All State" LOL Roger KNOWS how to COLLECT BIG BUCKS and I'd be happy with a measley HALF a Billion from the defendents. lol.........crossing my fingers!!
