I could be confused as the the purpose of this rating system. Thought it was to determine which posters will control quality of the board. And I further assume that means deleting inappropriate stuff or tossing posters who create havoc etc.... which is fine, just wish it was more than that. And this really throws me off----

This about voting for personalities (which may or may not be real) not on info. If is was the latter why would one change their vote? I'd be interested in knowing how a poster gets better or worse?
