You want to repeatedly hear "both sides" regarding the distant past? Why? For one thing, most of us are in pretty good agreement regarding the failures and misfortunes of the past.
At least positive posts (which, IMO, are far less frequent than the negative history lessons) are FORWARD LOOKING. And that's what matters. And the positive outlooks are largely reality-based, or based on reasonable conjecture.
IF S&L hadn't eliminated a single warrant, and IF S&L still held the maximum number of permitted shares, and IF the BoD only included S&L affiliated people, and IF the BoD still had no techies/new blood - then the reguritation of the past may have some relevance. But that's not the current reality. Many things have changed.
He whines that PTSC must diversify - take the money and buy tech-rich entities to create alternative revenue streams. Then he advises that the current BoD is incapable of doing so. Ever heard of Holocom? Did you hear that Turley interview, specifically the part about "what companies would you want to buy with all that money?"? Any clues in there?
And what IF the BoD hadn't decided to partner up with TPL - where would we be then? Still fighting that battle in court, with appeal after appeal?
If it were three years ago, even only two, the history lessons might would have value. The world of PTSC has changed. Recognize it, and quit dwelling on ancient history. It's like spewing about the rise of the Nazi party - it's a little late and not too relevant to today's world. It could repeat, but does anyone here foresee PTSC seeking toxic financing again?, or not doing exactly what he suggests (and we ALL suggest) with the money (like they did with Holocom, and pretty clearly indicated is the intent for the future)?
Get the point? If there are warnings to be voiced, voice them in regard to the instant litigation, licensing campaign, M&A activity, and marketing campaign. One warning of each per week (or two) will suffice. Most of us have reasonably good recall....
