Cronyism? GOOD!

How to succeed in business - surround yourself with the best possible people, people whose capabilities to contribute are known and powerful, whose vision is generally in sync, people you trust.

The only time cronyism doesn't work is when it involves surrounding yourself with your old buddies, just because they're your old buddies. They may meet a couple of criterion. But capture the people described above, old buddies or not, and your probablity of success is greatly enhanced.

I strongly suspect that Dr. Nick is someone who Turley (the guy that counts) thinks meets all the above criteria. That is my impression.
