I'm all wet, and a tad embarrassed.  Here I'm suggesting that this "link" of Dr.Nick Tredennick and Jim Turley with Imsys Technologies was something new, and something about PTSC, and it's a bit "off".  I failed to note that these guys were brought onto Imsys's Advisory Board way back on 2/14/06.  At that time, Dr. Nick wasn't in any way affiliated with PTSC, and Turley was on PTSC's Advisory Board, but didn't become a BoD member till a whole week (one week) after he had joined the Imsys Advisory Board.

This does prompt thoughts though.  Did PTSC decide to move Turley up to the BoD BECAUSE of his new role at Imsys?  Was it an influencing factor?  Was the BoD of PTSC looking ahead, seeing the synergy between what Imsys was doing and what PTSC had done in the past? Was this actually in the plan, along with the eventuality of Turley being named CEO at the appropriate time?  Can we give Pohl and the old BoD that much credit?

Pretty wild stuff....and probably wrong.  But ya never KNOW.
