The reason for this is what I've been harping on lately mediation,pto,trial. When pto and one of the 2 are out of the way sucessfully, volume will be in the the range of 20 to 30 million per day. I am having trouble waiting. The big investors ie institutions/mutual funds  will line up when these are accomplished and Katie bar the doors. It is interesting to see they will not take the chance as they know the score but won't commit until it is a sure thing. TPL is really sharp they leave no stone unturned and I think they are getting ready to play really hard ball. This is pure speculation stock at this point. What the institutions don't understand is that we have a daredevil racecar driver at the wheel with $20 million in his pocket and win or lose, the pedal is going to the metal. Pray for 2 more victories and we will definitely be up and to the right ad infinitum and we will go from spec to outright Strong BUY.
