On the other hand, Jim and Nick T. although less experienced in running corporations are what this corporation needs to grow. They are experienced in selecting and evaluating corporations and they want to put their mark on a growing company. Jim was extremely clear on exactly the type of corporation he was looking for yesterday. Please review what he said. They have also been in key positions in numerous organizations and have been first hand involved in growing organizations. David Pohl is a senior citizen with excellent credentials, connections and legal experience that definitely helps in the area of IP. The other board members may not provide experience that would vault the company forward but some will probably be retiring completely as newer dynamic board members are selected.
This is a small corporation with unproven management but it is also selling at < .5. Obviously, Steve Jobs or some other high profile is not breaking the door down for the job. In fact, it would be bad to have someone like Jobs or Gates in the driver seat. That $20 million would not be enough to pay their salary. What do you expect? This right now is a penny ante stock that's driving toward the stars. Jim is the aggressive leader we need. As he grows into the job, the company will grow commesurately with him. This is the best possible situation that we are in, management wise because a new team will be on board in the next year or two. Remember, there is a shareholder meeting coming up and that means voting on board members. This is an ideal time for you to vote and express your views.
Mvarr, the issue remains as I see it is a result of the 2 things I have been restating over and over of which you are completely aware, mediationand or trial and the USPTO. The revenue stream from this is fantastic, a gold mine as Jim says and as long as we eclipse these two important areas, our future is perfection. What will make us grow is the innovation that T&T bring to the table. Organizing and synchronizing companies under the umbrella of PTSC holding corp is the solution for a dramatic transformation, IMVHO.
Good Luck to you Mvaar and GLTAL.
