Mvarr:

This is his big break for Jim to now be CEO. He has been in the drivers seat about 3 months. Give me a break, I believe he will deliver.

This is not an over night deal. The pops are not taking place because of the warrants, the possible loss at trial and the fact that USPTO could say the patents are not worth crap. Right now, we have no major acquisition. The savvy investor says, I'm not going to risk my money on something where it appears that there may not be a future.

You probably know quite a bit more than I do about penny stocks. People like you and TTccrr are very knowledgeable in this area. I firmly believe that we have a great leader and knowledge base growing in our company today. I believe that we do not need a high priced guy to come in here. I am glad there is no divy and I'm glad we are not paying someone out of this world to manage what? I am very confident that Jim and Nick today are evaluating companies with the possibility of acquisition. This is his primary job as he stated. He will manage them as part of the umbrella group he selects in a careful exacting manner.

I disagree if the trial is a bust that it will be the end of the road along with the USPTO. I believe it would very severely but not irrepabally damage the company but I believe Turley will focus and build from the ashes. Pohl took this company from the ashes 2 years and 3 months ago when there was no money in the coffers. Obviously, if you knew the outcome in advance that the trial and pto were lost anyone would sell immediately but the outcome seems to be favorable.

The reasons that it is not going higher are totally obvious to me. I wish I was wrong but there is so much risk in the market people are afraid to back a stock that they do not understand that is fighting over its primary revenue source in a Texas court. I understand what is up and I am a gambling man. My money is in the pot.
