I'm not sure it's that cut and dry. I would assume any potential infringers could than turn to their supplier and say, " hey what gives? You need to buy an MMP license so we don't find ourselves in any legal dilemma." If TPL were forced to start settling with the manufacturers that list of infringers would shrink in a hurry. I most certainly would think this case could have an impact on us. IMO.....
