I'm just throwing it out there - I have no idea whether they companies are actually utilizing "re-occuring royalty payments".

As I stated in my previous post, JT did state that re-occurring payments was now an option - why would he state this change?

If you were given the option of paying $10 Million up front or 500K every few months; which would you choose?

I think most companies would pick the re-occurring payments so they could earn interest on the $10 Million.
