and by the end of the trial, something will give. This is like a bad toothache. Will the tooth survive or is it going to be filled and preserved. We are not going to know for quite some time it appears.

What to do we do in the interim? Start our holding company?

(1) Buy a company, especially one that can assimilate our patents and software ? ADS had the best idea so far, Derivation Systems INC. There are others located within the area of PTSC.

(2) Ground penetrating radar? What should we do with this?

(3) Do something smart? There is no quick fix. Only hard work now and PTSC needs to start doing it now.

The SHM is coming up in 8 days. I only wish I could be there. This is the place we need to get the CEO and BOD to get the ball rolling and begin to connect the dots to the future of PTSC. They should be planning to show you this. If not someone needs to be scolded in a polite manner.

We are going no where fast at the present moment. TPL is doing all the work for us. We need to let them do their thing and get on with what PTSC can do. I have great faith in the new blood. An aggresive approach should be the theme of the day. I expect those that go to SHM to report back to Agora with a plan that is succinct, straightforward business plan. Now is the time to move forward. There are companies out there that the CEO, DR. T and Mr. Flowers know about. Lets get moving.  Are we just waiting for TPL to take over and move the company private or do we have a real plan that is beginning to be developed that will move this organization toward greatness?

I am concerned about this and I hope you are too. We need answers. We will get none in East TX until they are ready to release. We have no control and neither does PTSC. We can control our own destiny, if there is a will to do such.
