Consolidate TPL and PTSC as one public corporation.

As shareholders, there is no way that we want the company to go private. Significant advantages for TPL as they could get deep pockets as a subsidiary under the PTSC umbrella with their powerful organization and would become nationally recognized as a Legal entity of great import. Dan Leckrone could be senior VP or some other title and things would really get cooking.

This would give it more the feel of Acacia, another IP company that sells for around $10 a share (?).
