I want these guys to get moving and do something great, one small step at a time. I get overenergized negatively when it appears progress is etherial and not substantive.

I wonder what is going on behind the scenes between PTSC and TPL and their future, together or apart. This really needs to be discussed at SHM.

I know I sound critical. I hope that plans are close to getting something positive accomplished and I hope that Cliff, the new CFO has the experience to work the books vice the debts we must incur in the acquisition process. Long term debt should not break the back of PTSC. There are ways to work the books where EPS will not be squandered, yet growth will be the name of the game.

You are much more optimistic than I am at this point. We need your optimism. I haven't got it today. Everything is sealed, closed, unable to evaluate and it frustrates me. The J3 will continue to throw monkey wrenches into the fray as that is their job but it is frustrating. I hope Judge Ward is able to decide by weeks end on this Higgins thing that should never have been brought up.

I am going to share some things on Thursday about what I would do to prepare for the meeting so that when shareholders go, they can have as much fun as possible and still make it a successful outing...not that I know so much but some dialogue would help me if I were attending.
