To any attendees:

 Was there any discussion regarding whether the J3 is a strongly unified foe, or if they thought there might be additional breaking of the ranks a la Fujitsu possible.  I know anything is possible, but wondering if they mentioned anything to this effect.

Secondly, could anyone get any sense as to the level of confidence that they have regarding a court decision.  TPL has implied a high level of confidence in the past.  Wondering now that the Markman is done, and additional posturing has taken place, if they still project that same confidence.
