seems to me that when the markman came down and we got hammered on 586 ,USPTO used that as base for there decision against the 586or is it the 584 anyway,why would they not do the same with the 336 ,i think they are just going throu the motions and will do as the case dictates so 

the Js saw how the USPTO handled the 584 or 586 so why would they rely on them for the 336 ,my opinon JW did tip his hat and we are waiting on settlement .

the Phillips caved and toshiba connection to phillips is good sign they will be the ones call it a day first.
