Office action very quickly after the Marman hearing. I think that based on the CLEAR win in that proceeding for the 336 and 128 that no office action was required. I don't believe we are going to hear anything from USPTO except that they finished their review and found that the patents are valid as far as they are concerned......Now the courts is a whole other matter but based on the Claim Construction Rulings and given the pecentages of wins in EDT with these results, I believe we'll be fine.....My opinion is a settlement sometime before trial.
