I remember reading somewhere in the master agreement that if either TPL, or PTSC sell their interest to a third party without the consent of the other, the rights of the MMP will be transferred to the other party. The rights cannot be sold without agreement. It would make no sense to agree to that, and then let the rights of PDS be sold.
