Do you comprehend Borredo's post?  With a win/settlement everything changes and P/E becomes relevant - assuming we get numbers.

And what was I talking about?  Current circumstances?  No.  I was talking about what might happen with a settlement for $200M.  Something that could come any day now.

I couldn't care less about "current circumstances".  I'm looking ahead to the probable settlement - with a low-ball (IMO) number attached.

And still, no one bothers to respond to the question re: relevance of market cap (that any realistic, IMO, P/E bumps its head on).....  I'm lookin' for a little help here, guys and gals!
