Great call by you and all others who ventured to predict additional licensees in the wake of the litigation stay.

What a most powerful and unspoken message this must send to the whole of the industry, especially those companies that are either in communications/negotiations with TPL/PTSC or very near signing the dotted line. And what kind of message does this send to new investors....my goodness. If I'm a new investor, I'm feeling pretty good right about now. (Can't you all remember how exciting it was when we got news of the early licensees.)

I put myself in 'their' (infringing companies ready to license the MMP) position and you have to know that there must be this gosh awful 'sinking' type feeling in the pit of their stomachs to get this 'thing' done and over with. If I were them, I couldn't get 'er done fast enough.

In hind sight, TPL/PTSC has attempted to strategically time news releases in order to have the greatest positive impact to sp. Nokia news on the day of the Markman. Philips news just prior to litigation stay. Casio ??? (can't remember) or some other news to combat news of PUBPAT's reexam. These are just some off the top of my head. I'm sure there may be others. For instance, Webcast announcement and cancellation??? (could this have been part of their strategy to add positive speculation with regard to stay and possible settlements)... sure seems that way.

Anyway, I've been away and just now catching up. Didn't mean to rattle on. Great stuff from all you guys and gals. Keep up the DD for us.

Regards,
PxP
