That is how you come to a settlement out of court. One of the parties is always going to have an upper hand. But that does not necessarily make for a settlement. That is what got me started on this thread. What does TPL give/concede/allow to the Js to make it easier for them to sign on the dotted line? Money? How to word the settlement? Throw in some other TPL license at a bargain price? Make some allowances for the 584? Something else? Board had not really discussed this point until now. Opty
