The point is there might be some trade off.  For instance Js might say we are ok with paying you what you ask for as long as we put together the wording of any pr on settlement.   We need not necessarily be disappointed if we read the pr and do not automatically jump for joy.  That might be the bone we toss them. Could be something else.  Just need to be alert to that posibility so we do not make rash judgements. Opty
