If memory serves, B&O came to us of their own volition and offered us help (supposedly pro bono) and led us right down the primrose path. It has always been a suspicion of many that the loss was deliberate. Some (including myself) think that they were put up to the job by Intel, who (IMO) probably paid them. On top of that, PTSC (under different leadership) turned around and also paid them over $300,000. This is one of the criticisms that some of us who wear rose colored glasses, ranted and raved about. No one else seemed to get excited. That was the time to go after management, not now.
