I believe you're right about that. They agreed to work on a contigency.

However, they really blew the case and then were going to sue us. In re-reading some of the testimony, it is rather obvious that they went out of their way to disrupt the case and P.O. the judge.

They were very unprofessional in their treatment of the other attorneys........so much so, that it was like pouring salt in a wound.
