To now expect that the best hope for settlement with the remaining Defendants will be to the order of $150million is, to me, incredulous. It totally disregards current royalty rates on chips, approximately 10%, past infringement, and future use. What message does settling for 0.001% therefore say about the ubiquity of the patents?
