Possibly... Depending on what they paid, or felt they may have to pay post settlement, or later even given successful Reexams results..

Forgent had settlement and licensure right up until loosing to EchoStar at trial... those that settled probably thought they got a good deal then also.

We will agree to disagree on the KSR/Obv issue and how it may influence settlement... I guess if we realize $750 mil total from settlement (as I would expect minimum if we are in such a position of strength as you suggest) I will happily send you a bottle of whatever you want or a handful of the cigars of your choice.
