While I disagree with your take on why/how this was settled, I absolutely agree with the last line of this post. However, keep in mind, we should see some additional licenses soon, and there will be an opportunity for them to reveal the rank of the next signee, which will confirm the license issue for you.
We all need to remind ourselves, that it's been barely 24hrs since this thing was full settled. There will be plenty of time to promote this settlement perhaps directly through the PR's that finally made it to PTSC's website this evening, and indirectly through media interviews with Turley, additional license PR's, PTSC comments about M&A candidates and strategies, SEC filings, and avenues I/we haven't even considered.
The important issue is that the infringemen issue with the J5 is now a thing of the past, and it has been resolved 5-0 in PTSC's favor. The only issue is how favorable. Even more so, that 5-0 score in reality is 32-0 considering all the other signings. We have yet to see PTSC/TPL lose a battle. Some are bigger wins than others for sure, but 32 signings, 32 one-time payments to PTSC/TPL.
I think clarity will come, and I beleive it will ultimately prove a favorable settlement to PTSC/TPL. Don't take my disagreement on some issues as a dismisslal of your concerns. I think everyone's sincere opinion whether positive or negaive provides value to me in analyzing PTSC.
