Turley is the CEO of a publicly traded co. Would not his fiduciary duties to the shareholders require that he release certain info on major events? Was yesterday not a major event? Was what he put out as PR worthy of a major event. I don't think so. Where's the beef? C'mon JT give us something to hang our hats on.
