the difference between these two statements?
Plaintiffs' claims are hereby dismissed with prejudice and Defendant TAEC's counterclaims are dismissed without prejudice. The Court expressly retains jurisdiction for purposes of enforcing the Agreement and the Memorandum of Understanding, the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference. The Agreement, which incorporates the Memorandum of Understanding, is attached hereto, under seal, as Exhibit A.
TPL's claims are dismissed with prejudice? and J3 claims are dismissed without prejudice?
The court will enforce the agreement. good stuff. thanks.
We watched James Stewart again this year for our Holiday ritual. Always good to remind ourselves the importance doing good for others and the impact on lives we will never know (unless an angel Clarence comes along).
