If MOU does not = ongoing royalty payment, why no MOU for NECE America?  

I suspect that NECE America is a much smaller amount and will probably be a lump sum. I do believe that Toshiba and Matsushita paid dearly and will do what is necessary to cover their tracks.  By paying in installments, perhaps they can hide it from their shareholders.  But that may also hide it from us as well.  IMHO Opty
