You get the speculation because (as you pointed out) there is no PR.

I believe PTSC is heading in the right direction. I believe they are stearing themselves away from the TPL agreement.

I believe they will use the incoming dollars from the the TPL agreement to help them head off in their own direction. A direction I would assume that intails pr's.

Unless you was mocking all the whinners. If that was the case my bad.

Either way that's what I believe.
