With all due respect, are you here to talk or are you here because you believe PTSC has the ability to make you money through share price appreciation.  While I don't discount that your points may have merit, at the same time, an M&A process doesn't abide by the schedule of a frustrated shareholder.  There is a 10Q due within weeks that will give you some visibility into PTSC's actions over the prior 3 months and hopefully some glimpse into this past month as well.   Before then, there may be other PR's that come that address your questions.  If you need daily updates, perhaps you need to contact Hawk & PTSC with some pointed questions that CAN be answered.
