I believe we may have been misreading this statement. All parties = those who will be dismissing their Texas and California lawsuits. Should this not have been written with a period after dispute and then say TPL and PTSC will be dismissing ...... So are the J's happy about the business resolution or not? As carefully crafted as that pr was, I find it odd that wording is not crystal clear. Or perhaps it is. Opty
