Well, here we get into the business resolution aspect. Was the use of the terminology just to smooth over the fact that the settlement was for BIG bucks, or was there indeed some kind of real business resolution? (And April report may not reveal it.) A business resolution that all parties are satisfied with would lead me to believe that Toshiba and Matsushita will be listed as licensees.
