TPL could then offer other infringing companies a wider variety of products to license while still offering the MMP. And still pay Patriot our half of the MMP license money. Maybe a discount if infringing companies bundle licenses
I ask again, where's the benefit to PTSC in that arrangement? TPL are receiving a percentage of any J patents licensed but PTSC would only receive 50% of PDS income. Also, PTSC would be losing income due the fact that TPL are discounting the MMP Portfolio to licensees signing for the full package.
