I think if strategic partnerships or other types of business combinations were part of these deals, then that would fall OUTSIDE of PTSC's normal course of business IMO, causing it to be a "material definitive agreement" or "material contract" and would've had to been filed under the 1.01 section of the 8-K which deals with that kind of agreement, IMO.
