We may even have to wait a year from April if the J's are paying on an annual and not a quarterly payment plan.  I am hopeful that JT will eliminate our guessing by providing some guidance as to what type of payment plan the J's settled on.  Not dollars but one lump sum, quarterly or yearly payments.
