CPA's CFO's can correct me if I'm wrong, but in the case of a license deal for the MMP, UNLESS there is some level of royalties based on future products produced by the J's, it will show up on a receivables line once the agreement is made.

I believe that if PDS has licensed the MMP for a fixed price, even if it is to be paid iin installments, since no additional service or product is required from PDS to earn that money, it would be considered as a receivable and accounted for as such.
