I couldn't agree more.  The problem with our situation is we have mutually exclusive events occuring.  There should have been nothing that precludes Mr. Turley from speaking in general about the Q.  We had a very healthy quarter.  There are plenty of companies that don't discuss or address Q's unless an event deems it necessary.  Our situation is far from normal or ordinary.  I guess I'm just old fashion and have no problem admitting I would like for the CEO to extend his hand and make me feel better.  The NDA is one thing but no discussion what so ever about other "normal" business dealings isn't fair or transparent for a public company.  Yes, yes I know someone hand me a box of tissues. LOL.........
