Your point emphasizes even more the reason they SHOULD have released a PR, and I, like you, am at a loss as to why they refused to release one.

THe unfortunate thing is that PUBLIC COMPANY + SILENCE = TROUBLE most of the time, especially more so when talking about small emerging companies.  Certainly appears as thougth PTSC should be the exception to that rule based on the successes over the last couple of years, but I think it was B-Lunist making a crack about investors shooting themselves in the foot often times, but in this case it's the company that's shooting itself in the foot (or perhaps based on the effect this "PR non-Campaign" has had on the share price, shooting US in the foot).
