I am aware that you are attempting to solicit a respnse from DDiligen here but I have to tell you (again) that what you expect us to believe here is that this proposed shareholder letter does not have a veiled threat of litigation behind it. How could PTSC and TPL managment perceive it as anything but "sinister" when an attorney is going beyond just compiling a list of questions and forwarding them to management. By gathering names, addresses and share count you lost me on this letter. I continue to believe this will have a chilling effect on an already sparse amount of forthcoming information and may backfire mightily on those of us who are not on the legal forefront of a possible eventual litigation.

Why is it that you cannot gather names addresses and share count AFTER a buyout or merger with a less-than-optimal share price for retail like ourselves?
