Sorry - I disagree. I've worked in the legal field for quite a while within the financial services industry. I've never heard that a list of names and share count implies the threatening of a law suit. Also, I don't think Pohl interpreted that last letter as a threat of a law suit. I guess it's a matter of opinion.

I gave Ron my name and the amount of shares I own - I did not include my address. I never receieved a reply from Ron requesting my address. I think Ron wants the letter to carry as much weight and seriousness as possible. Our SP has dropped over 50% and the signing of licenses are not pouring in as we were told they would be. We as shareholder would simply like some verification that the company is still moving ahead as planned.
You've made it clear that you don't agree with the letter and you've chose not to participate. No one has a problem with that.
