Ron wasn't avoiding your questions, he stated he was running-off to an appointment.
Ron has answered this question in the past. The names and share counts will show that "a very large group" of shareholders are concerned. It will carry a lot more weight than a letter written by one nervous Nelly with 10,000 shares. It will show that a huge number of shareholder are concerned and would basically like to know that the company is headed in the same direction and management still feels positive about the outlook for the company - they owe us at least this much.
As you're aware, the same information was included in the last letter and we obviously weren't threatening litigation at that time either.
