The point is that the warrants were officially retired on Oct. 2nd, 2007, not Oct. 11th as I had indicated.

That's a difference of 9 days (over a week) which will change the average amount per month of sales.

38MM plus 7MM = 45MM held by S&L as of 10/2.

24MM held by S&L as of 12/31/07

Shares dumped on the backs of the retail shareholders from 10/2 thru 12/31 = 21MM or nearly 7MM per month!!!!!!

24MM at 12/31 - 1.5 months of sales 7MM X 1.5= 10.5MM from 24MM = 13.5MM left as of today!
