If JT says that he wants to buy shares and can't then the only reason he canlt is because there would be relatively strong positive news,  But if the news isn;t positive well that;s Ok since it will all be part of the evidence

 While Iam only down 6 cents on paper for these current holdings I am at least comforted that I have enough ammo to recoup my losses through otehr means

Nuff said.  Liek I mentioned back in September this is a no-lose situaiotn either teh price goes up or we throw JT's published statements back inhis face,  EVEN The one from 9/27 that us NO LONGER  AVAILABLe on the company  website
