Please give us your engineering analysis (ease your contact's analysis, please).

Mark raises the question again and I'd really like to see the if there is a possibility that the Thaden/Bond invention is related in any way to the 336.

Did David Eng misunderstand what Thanden did in comparing it to the 336? Did Judge Ward misunderstand as I'm sure he looked at the prosecution history on the patents in question.

And did the, Intel, HP, SONY, CASIO, SHARP, FUJITSU, AMD etc.etc.etc. Patent attorney's also misunderstand Thaden in light of the 336?

Is this a Eureka Moment for PUBPAT? Have they saved the world again?

I really want to know if the answer to all of the above is:

Thaden has NOTHING to do with what the 336 teaches and NICE TRY PubPat

Or something other. Then we can answer Mark's question and he won't have to keep asking it.
