IMO people are putting way to much weight into the USPTO re-exam. IMO the patents will come out stronger and with better clarity. At this point with TPL and Moore arguing on our behalf it's but a formality. A goosbump on the road we have already traveled.

The companies that requested the re-exam have all settled with us.
