IMO, we cannot be such sure, that all claim rejections can be turend out in our favor. Sure, with Moore and TPL strong and well introduced players are playing for our team. However, we'll never know which way the reexaminer finaly decides to go. Therefore, IMO the reex. are still the biggest risk at the moment.

If we see a decison in our favor, the patents are some kind of waterproofed, so anohter party has some trouble to start another reex. at the USPTO.
