Perhaps looking at the Lambert numbers for companies licensed up through January will provide us with a balance number that the J2.5 may be paying quarterly. If monies are recieved on a qurterly basis then the j's settlement amount will show up in each quarter. Only the quarterly amounts will show up as remaining fees have not been paid. Just an idea?
