Why did PTSC tell us that the settlement would be in the April Q? Why hasn't the company announced that licenses are not just one time fees as we've been led to believe? I'm not asking for details just a comment that royalties or quarterly, or annual payments for licenses is now something considered in negotiations for licenses.
