It was WHEN and not IF the financial makets would crumble....Been around long enough to see the peaks and valleys of the home market....When it finally came crashing down last August the safest place for your money was under any mattress .....Now kids who want a student loan /even though you are bound for life to pay it back / will have a tough time getting funded....What was PTSC thinking .....The nest EGG is now under a differrent chick who will not give it back.....Every thing has a price so i say take the hit and recoup even half HOPEFULLY HIGHER....

I sell cars wholesale at dealer auctions....Many a time a dealership will sell me a car and saY, hey you stole that car..lol...I can bring it to any auction and not get a bid / not a freaking dealer standing near the auction block.....Ya see i call these cars crowd dispersers..When they drive the car into the bidding lane everyone leaves......Yes most dealers do not have a home for this car and assume that the seller will want a fair price......At that point you have to network and if you are willing to take a loss someone will believe that they take that car/paper and make a profit......Ya have to shop it around and take the loss and be happy with the loss and move on......12 months can lead to years...That is possible....
